Mr. Vishal Sharma serves as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of NextSarathi Foundation, leading the organization’s citizen engagement, public outreach, and system development initiatives. He ensures that all projects and programs deliver transparent, inclusive, and impactful outcomes for communities across India.

Key responsibilities include:

• Public Voice & Outreach Operations: Managing platforms that empower citizens to raise ideas, feedback, and grievances.
  
  

• System Accountability & Reform: Overseeing operational processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and ethical practices.
  
  

• Grievance & Idea Platforms: Ensuring citizen concerns and suggestions are addressed and converted into actionable projects.
  
  

Mr. Sharma reports directly to the Chief Governance Officer (CGO), Brijesh Sharma, ensuring that all development initiatives align with internal governance standards and organizational objectives. His role is pivotal in translating the Foundation’s vision into actionable, equitable, and sustainable programs.
