The NextSarathi Corporate Judicature Framework serves as the essential blueprint for our organizational conduct and integrity. This framework guides transparent, ethical, and accountable decision-making processes for the NextSarathi Foundation at every level of operation.

Tier 1: Apex Leadership

This tier includes the Founder, Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Board members who serve as the primary guardians of our organizational integrity. They are responsible for setting the high-level vision, approving major policies, and ensuring full legal and ethical compliance across all NextSarathi initiatives.

  • Setting long-term vision and ensuring mission alignment across all programs.
  • Approving major organizational strategies, annual budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Ensuring complete accountability to the law, our donors, and the beneficiaries we serve.

Tier 2: Executive Management

This tier includes the Managing Director, CFO, and senior executives who translate board decisions into actionable operational plans. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day programs, people, and financial resources, while reporting back to the leadership team on progress and organizational health.

  • Translating high-level board strategy into concrete annual business and operational plans.
  • Overseeing effective program delivery, budget management, and human resource development.
  • Ensuring robust risk management, legal compliance, and regular reporting to the Apex Leadership.

Tier 3: Advisory & Oversight

This tier includes advisory councils, expert committees and independent reviewers who provide guidance, review performance and flag risks. They act as a vital checkpoint for ethical operations and strategic integrity across our corporate structure.

  • Giving expert advice on programs and policies to ensure mission alignment.
  • Reviewing progress and impact reports to maintain high transparency.
  • Recommending improvements and risk-mitigation actions for continuous organizational growth.

Tier 4: Operational & Implementation

This tier includes staff, field teams, and volunteers who actively execute projects and engage with local communities and partners. They are the driving force on the ground, ensuring that mission goals are met and reporting critical results back through the organizational chain.

  • Delivering programs and essential services directly on the ground to empower beneficiaries.
  • Collecting vital data and feedback from the community to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Following all policies, SOPs, and reporting lines established by the management and leadership.
